Jen Sholakis

Jen Sholakis has been drumming professionally for 16 years. Jen has performed and recorded with the likes of Jen Cloher, The Orbweavers, East Brunswick All Girls Choir, Laura Jean, Ali Barter and more, and in 2018 won ‘Live Drummer of the Year’ at the National Live Music Awards.

Jen has toured Australia nationally and internationally through the US, UK and Europe. In the last 18 months alone, Jen has performed at Meredith Music Festival, Golden Plains, Falls Festival, Newport Folk Festival (USA), Pickathon (Portland US), Ocean Sounds, Woodford, Riverboats, Secret Garden Festival and Big Sound.

Jen is currently the venue booker at the Bridge Hotel in Castlemaine and was previously the merchandise/store manager at Milk! Records. Other experience includes teaching (guitar, drums) and tour management. Jen is proudly endorsed by C & C Drums.
