Tejo D'Cruz

Tejo D’Cruz (he/him) is a musician working on Wurundjeri Country with a burning passion for the arts. A live/recording artist under moniker, The Glamour.

Tejo’s presence in the industry has seen him occupy the roles of artist manager to event curator, live music booker, and sound technician.

He is proud of his South Asian (Sri Lankan/Indian) heritage, lending a perspective that permeates his work and the culturally diverse focus of his output. In 2023 Tejo began his journey to earn his Master’s degree in Music Therapy, hoping to create new pathways through music to facilitate meaningful service to people with diverse needs.

Tejo is a 2024 recipient of 4000 Studios x APRA AMCOS Meanjin-based studio residency with the aim of writing and recording his debut album.
