Dizzy started as a 14 year old drummer and made it on the live scene thru rockabilly music. Played a few years with Chris Cheney (The Living End), then after trading in the sticks for the double bass and taking the frontman mantle he formed the Runaway Boys with his late brother Dee, and recorded an album that received considerable national radio play.
After the passing of Dee, Dizzy returned to study at JMC Academy. Dizzy then turned his attention to the guitar and founded the band ‘The Strays’. Over the years Dizzy has recorded many Aussie artists as well as his own material under the labels “Studio D” and Ignition Records”.
With an extraordinary career, the multi instrumentalist still loves the thrill of playing live and says “The big tours are great when they come along, but the weekly pub shows around town is where your likely to find me these days.”
