Seven Pound Halo is in-your-face and aggressive, but also very polite. But all you need to know is that it’s rock’n roll.

Having gigged everywhere in Melbourne and regional victoria, the band has spent the first half of 2024 recording with producer Woody Annison (Children Collide, Screamfeeder). 

With their first single prepared for release in July, SPH’s ambition is to create a culture within music again.
