Scott Thorburn

During Scott’s 25-year career as a professional bass player and musician, he has played in both original and cover bands with styles as diverse as Rock, Pop, Funk, R’n’B, Soul and Jazz. 
 
He currently plays with Adam Thompson (Chocolate Starfish) for both his corporate and original gigs throughout Australia. He also regularly tours with Björn Again and has had performances in Singapore, Jakarta, Fiji, India and China, where he shared the stage at the 2016 Hong Kong Sevens opening night with David Hasselhoff and the Proclaimers. To add to this, Scott has also enjoyed success with original band Borne, achieving multiple top 10 songs on iTunes globally along with performances at Hyde Park, Glastonbury and SxSW in Austin Texas.
 
Additionally, Scott’s live TV performances includes: The Kerry-Anne Show, The Today Show, The Denise Drysdale Show and the 2011 AFL Grand Final.
